U.S. Olympic training centers and professional sports teams have used his technologies since 1992. Tom is an industrial engineering graduate from Purdue.

Chris is a graduate of Boston University and the U.S. military’s highest educational institutions. In 2023, Chris was selected for the Hoover Institution’s Veteran Fellowship Program at Stanford University.

He is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant with a long history of community service, including leadership with the South Carolina Commission on Minority Affairs, the Economic Continuity Alliance, and the Charleston Advancement Academy.
JHJim HillOPS Founder and EnVision InnovatorPrior to founding OPS, Jim was a director on the global sales team at Sun Microsystems and a career Marine Corps officer. He received his undergraduate degree in real estate and urban development from The Ohio State University and his doctorate in human and organizational performance from the University of Southern California.
